We zijn op zoek naar een Business analist voor de Rabobank

“You will be working in a tribe which is responsible for the Digital Transformation of Rabobank Wholesale Corporate Banking. Furthermore imagine that within that tribe you work in the Business Process Automation area where you are responsible for the implementation of process automation through workflow and imagine that you are the one describing and implementing the requirements for our regions Asia, Europe and Americas where Rabobank Wholesale has over 20 branches offering wholesale banking services. 

As a Workflow Business Analyst, you can make a difference: 

  • By your ability to run stakeholder meetings and workshops 
  • By your ability to translate the stakeholder needs in good user stories and detailed workflow specifications and designs 
  • By your ability to share and explain the specifications with our near-shore development team 
  • By your ability to present

  • By contributing to your team and support other teams member with their journeys 

Customer focus, initiative, communication and delivering results are clearly essential for the role of Workflow Business Analyst. In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below.

You have 

  • Completed a bachelor or master degree in Information Technology, Economics or similar and an interest in wholesale banking; 
  • Knowledge on capturing journeys, requirements and designs in a structured way; 
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant; 
  • Strong analytical skills and you know how to separate main and side issues; 
  • Knowledge on workflow tooling; 
  • Knowledge on working using Agile/Scrum-principles; 
  • Knowledge on working with near-shore teams; 
  • No problem to express yourself in English. 

Specific activities to be performed 

  • create the specifications and functional designs for generic workflow components, like the start page, dashboards and the authorisation model as prioritised by the product owner for delivery in 2019; 
  • create the specifications and functional designs for specific workflows, like communication flows for the Trade, Lending and Accounts & Payments domains, Trade transaction initiation flow, Lending transaction initiation flows as prioritised by the product owner for delivery in 2019; 
  • share those specifications with the near-shore development team and validate whether the specification are ready for development (and clarify if needed); 
  • actively participate in the scrum ceremonies like stand-ups, demos, retrospective and sprint planning together with your peer BAs, the product owner, test specialists and the near-shore development team; 
  • assist the product owner with validating and accepting the workflows that are delivered by the development team (based on the specifications).”
